Gwyn C. Abbott, Attorney at Law
Gwyn was born and raised in mid-Michigan. She is a graduate of Goodrich High School and of Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Cum Laude). Gwyn was mentored from high school through law school by a respected local attorney who practiced in the same areas of law. This gave Gwyn a unique and early insight into this area and gave her a deep appreciation for helping people through some of the toughest times in their lives.
Gwyn also enjoys educating others and has even taught several law-related college courses. She cares about community and has participated in many civic organizations, including The Flint Rotary Club, where she once served as its President.
While Gwyn is passionate about her profession, outside of work she enjoys camping, her kids’ sports, reading, and going to her happy place on Lake Michigan in the northern lower peninsula.
Gwyn takes a unique approach to the practice of law by educating her clients through the process while providing empathy and expertise, which is often lost in this area of practice.
